My Idea
I originally tried to come up with a story that targeted little kids; the Disney movie "Toy Story" came to mind. I wanted to execute a story that would target children or anyone older. The story is based on facing your fears with the help of family coming to the rescue. Coming up with an animation consisting of 2-D along with simple cell shaded 3-D characters gives this whole production animation unique if I may say so myself; originality and creativity is the main goal.

"Brew's" (father) reference

"Rosy's"(mother) reference

"Sluice" (Antagonist): With characteristics of a snake, I created this evil sink faucet to be an obstacle for Sippy which is the climax or conflict point of story.
"Brew" (father): Shaped like a buff rugged beer mug, he has a tough exterior but, he is really kind hearted, soft, and loving when it comes to his family.
"Pub" (teenage brother): A nagging, jokester, mischievous teenage pimpled faced big brother who plays tricks on his little brother Sippy. Always with a frown on his face when he sees his little brother in trouble he makes sure to help protect him.

Story Narrative
The main character "Sippy" is a two year old sippy cup who tries to reunite with his family (Rosy, Brew, and Pub). After his mother "Rosy" reads him a bed time story, he falls asleep but, all a sudden he wakes up to find out that he's down the ground from his home above the kitchen counter. Scared and confused he finds creative ways to try and reconcile back, but little does Sippy knows, he has to grow up fast because Sluice, his enemy (guards the kitchen sink) lurks waiting between him and his cup family.

Characters Names:
I did research on names that related to the character's personality and behavior. Looking up word in the dictionary and thesaurus helped me created names that were appealing a unforgettable.
"Sippy" (Protagonist): A innocent young boy who fears the worst but, when away from family finds inner courage to find parent and face "Sluice".

"Sluice" (Antagonist): With characteristics of a snake, I created this evil sink faucet to be an obstacle for Sippy which is the climax or conflict point of story.
"Rosy" (mother): A kind heart mother shaped like an elegant wine glass. Like all mothers, if their baby is in danger motherly instincts take over.
